Nairobi is a modern city barely 100 years old, and has plenty of attractions for
the visitor to explore. These include historical and cultural attractions set
amidst a lively, bustling atmosphere. The Jomo Kenyatta International Airport
which is a communications hub for the entire East African region is 10 kilometers
from the city centre.
Just 7 kilometers to the south of the city center is the Nairobi National Park.
Here one can view the BIG FIVE with the exception of the Elephant. There is also
a National Museum and Snake Park just a kilometer from the city center.
